Environmental Engineering Experience:

• Wetlands
  Our experience with Wetlands includes identification, delineation, mitigation design and monitoring. We assist you in the acquisition of federal and state permits and PNDI searches. We also ensure coordinated follow-up with appropriate state and federal agencies.
• Soils
  McCarthy Soils experience includes providing an ARCPACS Certified Soil Scientist, detailed morphological studies, high groundwater soil verifications and delineations, alluvial soil determinations, pre-purchase site investigations and feasibility studies. We can also provide you with Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (AAI) and expert witness testimony as necessary.
• Stormwater
  Our work with Stormwater is an important part of our practice. Our clients take advantage of our expertise in site investigation and testing for the placement of appropriate stormwater facilities in accordance with PA DEP Best Management Practices Manual and township ordinances. Our testing services include soil morphological site assessment and infiltration testing to determine the appropriate location for stormwater infiltration structures, and coordination with appropriate state, county or township officials.
• Waste Water & Sewage Planning
  Our expertise in Waste Water and Sewage Planning includes site investigation/ test pit examination, percolation testing, and infiltration testing for individual and community on-lot disposal systems. Coordination with local and state regulatory officials for testing verifications, completion, submission, and coordination of sewage facility planning modules. We will assist you in follow-up with appropriate local or state regulatory agencies.
